The People Behind Recovery Done Simple (RDS)
At Recovery Done Simple, we know that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey—and neither is the work it takes to support it. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated individuals who bring lived experience, professional expertise, and deep compassion to everything we do.
From grassroots outreach to program development, each member of our team brings unique skills, and an unwavering commitment to equity and impact. Together, we work hand-in-hand with local communities to listen, learn, and lead change—one step at a time.
Whether we’re meeting people where they are, building bridges to services, or advocating for change, our team leads with heart, humility, and hope. Each member plays a vital role in helping individuals and communities move forward—because at RDS, we believe recovery should be accessible, empowering, and rooted in real connection.
We’re proud to introduce the people working behind the scenes—and on the front lines—to make recovery simple, supportive, and sustainable.
From the Streets for the streets!

Meet our Founder's Dee & Coty
Recovery Done Simple was founded by Dee and Coty, two individuals who know firsthand the struggles of addiction, homelessness, and starting over. They discovered not only their own strength but also a calling to help others.Their shared journey from hardship to healing inspired them to create a nonprofit rooted in compassion, dignity, and real-world experience.
Driven by the belief that recovery should be accessible, and community-centered, Dee and Coty built RDS on the principle of “From the Streets, For the Streets.” Their leadership ensures every effort—whether it’s outreach, resources, or advocacy—stays grounded in lived experience and focused on those who need it most.
